3. Familiar with construction standards and able to independently complete on-site management work; Familiar with the process and technology of engineering construction, proficient in building construction specifications and mandatory standards;
4. Participate in the completion acceptance of concealed works, unit works, and sub projects, and cooperate with the team to do a good job in the inspection work;
5. Carry out on-site material acceptance and usage management, be responsible for coordinating and implementing on-site engineering design changes, and promptly handle engineering contact forms and visas with the construction unit;
6. Coordinate on-site with the owner, supervisor, general contractor, and other parties to timely resolve conflicts and problems that arise during construction.
